In the beginning there was an idea. This idea was formed because all though we are surrounded by so many food options, there is hardly one option that completely looks after all our needs. When we are on the run and we need to have a quick bite, most of the times we end up sacrificing our health by having a burger or we sacrifice our taste buds by having a dry sandwich. There are other options which all though tasty and not too damaging - can be relatively expensive. Hence the idea was born.

Slowly it took shape, and matured. We concentrated on having a very selected and unique range of food that can be served fast, will be healthy and definitely super tasty. We also priced them very reasonably. While working on the products we came up with some new concepts… fusion food that has never been eaten at least in New Zealand. Food like Naanwich - which is in fact naan sandwich. It is one of the yummiest thing you will ever have.

So the idea became MANGO.

Why MANGO? Hmmm… good question. Well the answer is simple. Think about mango – the fruit, and what do you get? An exotic fruit which is healthy and delish. And that is all we stand for. But that is not everything. Mango originates in the South East Asia, and most of our foods are from there. Mango is fun; mango is vibrant and mango is loved by all.

MANGO is not just another fast food place, it is not even ‘just-another-restaurant’. It is a fusion of fast and healthy. It’s the beginning of a new revolution in the food and hospitality industry. As we are setting a trend we acknowledge our responsibility towards our patron and towards our environment.

We are committed to treating all our patrons as if they were guests in our own homes. We not only take pride in food but also in the service we provide. We sincerely listen to and act upon any input from our guests that may help us improve and grow.

We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients and freshest spices available. Whenever possible, we use healthier items such as low-fat milk instead of heavy cream, oil or butter.

We are also deeply committed towards our environment. We try to use packaging and materials that are environment-friendly. While most restaurants use plastic take-away boxes we to use recyclable paper containers where ever we can.
